WHOLE LAMB

  • Whole Lamb cost        $ 600.00

  • Processing cost           *included
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • processor fee is included in lamb cost

  • (40 lbs freezer average) depending on your choice of cuts

          Required Deposit for Whole Lamb - $200

  • YOU CAN CUSTOM CUT AND TALK TO THE PROCESSOR

Cuts can include:

leg of lamb, bone in steaks or leg cut in half

Shanks or stew meat

Rack of lamb or chops

stew meat

shoulder roast

ribs

 

 

HALF LAMB

  • Half Lamb cost        $ 300.00

  • Processing cost       *included
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  • processor fee is included in lamb cost

  • (20 lbs freezer average) 

  • you will receive a standard half cut

  • Cuts can include:

    leg of lamb, bone in steaks or leg cut in half

    Shanks or stew meat

    Rack of lamb or chops

    stew meat

    shoulder roast

    ribs
