Our tallow products begin with suet from cattle raised right here on Sampson Family Farm. Suet is the firm, clean fat found around the kidneys and loins of cattle. It differs from ordinary meat-trimming fat and is especially valued for producing smooth, high-quality tallow when carefully rendered.

Because our cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished, we know exactly where our tallow comes from and how the animals were raised. The rendered tallow is combined with thoughtfully selected organic ingredients to create simple, naturally made products for you.
